Yes, we accept returns and exchanges only for garments purchased in standard sizes, not for custom-made items, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition and has the original label. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has manufacturing defects, in which case the return or exchange is free of charge. Since our garments are handcrafted and made specifically for each order—except for items already available in the store—delivery times may vary. Normally, shipping takes place within 7-10 business days. In the case of customizations, delivery times may be longer.
