All of our items are shipped via courier service:
- items available in store will be shipped within 4 business days after order confirmation;
- items produced on request will be shipped within 10-12 business days after order confirmation.
Each return request will be carefully evaluated and agreed with you:
- if a manufacturing defect is found, shipping costs will be borne by us;
- in case of reconsideration, the shipping costs will be borne by you;
- return requests are not accepted for all custom-made garments.

Can I request returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges only for garments purchased in standard sizes, not for custom-made items, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition and has the original label. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has manufacturing defects, in which case the return or exchange is free of charge. How long does it take to receive the product?
Since our garments are handcrafted and made specifically for each order—except for items already available in the store—delivery times may vary. Normally, shipping takes place within 7-10 business days. In the case of customizations, delivery times may be longer.
Where are your garments produced?
All our garments are made in Bergamo (IT), collaborating with local artisans to ensure authenticity and quality. Each piece is handmade by expert Italian craftsmen, using high-quality fabrics and traditional techniques. The entire production process takes place in Italy, respecting local supply chains.
Are the materials used sustainable?
Yes, we place great emphasis on selecting our materials, as we believe that choosing high-quality materials is the most important aspect of creating a garment that lasts over time. We source our fabrics and yarns from Italian companies that produce textiles in Italy. Many of our materials come from production surpluses or color test batches from textile companies, giving them a second life.
Can I provide my measurements to receive a custom-made product?
Yes, many of our garments can be made to measure. Simply select the “Custom Size” option and the desired color on the product page. Fields will appear where you can enter your measurements to receive a garment made especially for you. How should I take care of the garment?
Our garments, handcrafted with high-quality materials, are designed to last over time. By following a few simple precautions, you can preserve their beauty and extend their lifespan:
- Washing: Use low temperatures, between 20°C and 30°C, to maintain vibrant colors and respect the environment.
- Detergents: Choose products for delicate fabrics, free of harsh chemicals, to preserve the fabric and protect your skin.
- Stain removal: To remove stains, use a specific detergent and a damp sponge. For oil stains, immediately cover the area with flour—after 20-30 minutes, the stain will be absorbed.
With these care tips, your garment will maintain its quality over time.
