Every return request will be carefully evaluated and agreed upon with you:

• The postage costs and any customs charges for returns will be borne by you;
• If a manufacturing defect is found, the shipping costs will be covered by us;
• In case of a change of mind, the shipping costs will be at your expense;
• Return requests are not accepted for any garments made to measure.
